GRAW 1 Repeatedly Crashes

I'm trying to play Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 1 on the PC in my sig and it repeatedly crashes loading the first level in the game.

I have a PhysX PPU but I don't see where to even enable this in the game. I'm trying to run at 1600x1200 @ 85Hz with my 256MB graphics card and don't think I'm pushing it to much.

Lowering the settings doesn't seem to be helping what appears to be this poorly ported PC game.

BTW I have installed the patches from OEM DVD 1.00 to 1.05 and then the 1.05 to 1.35 to no avail.

It's a not even a BSOD or "stopped responding" lockup error but instead an immediate reboot every time during the loading phase. I've tried lowering the graphics settings to their lowest and it still happens.

I've got GRAW 2 I will install and give that a try.
