Gravis Xterminator with Win2k

Does anyone have this gamepad (serial version) and Win2k? If so, have you tried the Win2k drivers that Gravis is providing now? I have been using it for a while and noticed that it is always crashing my entire system. The joystick works fine, but ntgrip.sys keeps crashing the computer resulting to a blue screen and reboot. Anyone experiencing this also? I deleted the drivers and my computer works perfectly now.. dam Gravis!
