Graphs in HTML?

I've seen a few of these lately and was just wondering what program was used to generate them. Similar to excel type graphs but able to be dynamically produced on a website.

jgraph for linux, works great, and it build graphs, charts on the go. google for it.

For Windows servers there are commercial products like ChartFX that will chart and plot in most any way you'd want. If this is for a business and your data source is SQL Server these might be a better fit, if it's some hobby use then your server is probably linux anyway.
