Graphics Problem?!?!

I dunno what the heck happend, or what i did to make this happen but my screen for some reason has this weird tint to it, it just kinda switched to it last night, then i turned my computer off and left it off while i went to sleep, and this morning the colors were just fine and after a minute it switched back to this weird tinted screen. I really dont know how to explain it but please help! Is it a monitor problem? Graphics Problem?.......

Unplug your monitor from your computer and check the connector--make sure all pins are present and acctd for. Make sure none are squashed down into the bottom of the shell or otherwise severely bent. Then plug it back in again making sure it's seated firmly. Tighten screws LIGHTLY (no connector screw needs to be very tight, just enough to keep it from falling out). See if not working better now.

That would happen on my old Savage 4 sometimes. I would have to unseat the card and blow off any dust on the card.
