I have a Gainward Geforce 2 Pro Here

I open counter strike and join a game.... I play and everything is fine. When I hit escape to get out of the game it brings me to the menu screen. My problem is the screen is shaking horizontally.... My left part of the screen goes off the monitor and shows up on the right part of the monitor... Its really bad and everything is messed up until i am able to exit counter strike.....

HELP!!
