Hi all,
Since I think this is a graphics problem, I just want to throw this here and see any of the expert/guru would know how to solve.
I have a Dell Inspiron 3650 desktop and a few days ago, when I hit the sleep mode, the computer would go to sleep and then when I tried to hit the keyboard or mouse to wake it up, the computer would wake up but the screen would be all white with lines and blocks like the HP LCD screen was bad.
I plugged the HDMI cable from the LCD to my Dell backup laptop and it worked fine so I knew the problem was not the HDMI cable or the LCD. I tried to switch from HDMI to VGA on this desktop but the same issue when I tried to wake it up from the sleep mode (white screen with blocks and lines).
The computer has Intel integrated graphics and I do not want to buy a dedicated graphics card for this desktop.
What should I do besides keep the computer on all the time and not go to sleep mode? TIA.
