Hi guys i recently moved my computer to my new place, and when i finally set everything up, the graphics is weird and it has like weird lines and scattered pixels...
I know for sure its not the monitor and I think its the video card
when booting up my dell 8400, it has those scattered lines and pixels on it, then it doesnt have it again, then when the windows starts to load (the screen with the bars going across) the scattered lines and pixels show up again, when i finally log onto windows, the graphics seem unchanged for the most part but seems slightly distorted especially the image of the hard drive icons...
anybody has this problem/solution??? may this be a software issue, even though i did not uninstall or install anything...
