Graphics glitches with NVidia card

I've been having a graphics glitch with my card, a GTX 260, which I have seen others bring up but have been unable to ascertain is the same issue I have. The issue is that lots of dark patches blink constantly in certain games. The only games I have experienced this problem in are
>Left 4 dead (only when flashlight is being used)
>Heroes of Newerth (constantly)

I've uploaded a screen shot of Heroes of Newerth that makes it look pretty minor, but these patches must blink so frequently that screen shots capture relatively few of them.

Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, has anyone been able to fix it? Thanks!
 
1) Are you running the latest drivers?
2) Is your 260 overclocked too much?
3) Is it overheating? (Turn fan to 70%)

Let us know, please.
