Graphics corruption in BOINC Manager

This happens to me now and then in BOINC Manager:

Any idea what's the cause? It doesn't seem to affect anything important though.

Yes, I have seen something similar too - on one computer only though. Thet computer has an NVIDIA MX - graphics card with only 32 Mb. No other comp has shown this behavior if the the RAM on the graphics card is more then 32 Mbytes or less than 32 Mbytes ... OTOH it may have to do with color depth and/or resultion....

Could be it. The rig has a Mobility Radeon 9000 with 32MB RAM. WinXP is running at 1024x768 32-bit colour.
