Graphics cards that support 3 monitors?

To make a long story short, my boss wants a single graphics card (can take up to 2 expansion slots) that will support three separate monitors. He's looking to have three separate screens that he can maximize different windows on, but the ability to stretch one huge desktop across all three would also be a bonus. The monitors will most likely be DVI or HDMI.

What's the cheapest solution? HD 6870?

If its only for office productivity, you could keepexisting and get USB > HDMI\DVI adapters for around $45US
