Graphics card with TV in/out

ATI Radeon 8500. Its 3d performance is an overkill for your computer, though (if you are thinking of upgrading your current machine's videocard). Your CPU will be the bottleneck. However, it is a fine choice for TV, video, etc. Also, you can pretty much get any videocard with a video in to work as a digital VCR. There are many programs out there that do this sort of thing. Other than that, you can simply get a stand-alone TV tuner card like Hauppauge or many others. It's much cheaper than upgrading the entire videocard.
