Graphics Card Upgrade for Laptop

There is a problem every time I play StarCraft where the colors always screw up when I start the game. Pretty much, the colors go into this super colorful yellow, magenta, cyan setting. In addition, Rakion's graphics also screw up where the screen turns black and the walls are replaced with Korean characters. Most 3d and first-person-shooter games on my laptop have laggy graphics where the characters "jump" from square to square when it should be a smoother movement. I believe this to be a problem with my graphics card and I am looking to replace it. However, I do NOT know where to find graphics cards for laptops and have much less of an idea of how to replace one. If you have a solution (software or hardware), please help. (Sorry if this is a poor description. I'm not very "tech-savvy").

You cannot easily upgrade the video chip of most laptops. You will need to fix the laptop or buy a new one.
