Graphics card to match E5200 but on a budget

I have recently upgraded my cpu and motherboard. Now I would like to upgrade my 7300GT. I have a 300watt PSU which can't be upgraded. I am running 2 hard disks. Considering an E5200 consumes very less power even when overclocked I think an ATI 4650 will be a good upgrade. Do you think I could put in a 4830? What about graphics cards from the Nvidia side?

4830 would be my choice. performance aprox on par with a 9800GT in a low power package. also, dont get the 4650, get the 4670 if anything. that would be the minimum as far as ATI cards go for gaming these days

Well I used to run an overclocked pentium D on this power supply instead of the E5200, so I think it should be good enough. I cant upgrade this PSU because my machine is made by HCL so it has a custom built PSU.

I forgot to add that I will be running a monitor with maximum resolution 1280x1024.
Please can anybody give me a link on the power consumption of the graphics cards mentioned in the above charts?

4670 would be my recommendation, low power (does not even have an external power plug) and plenty of muscle for 12x10.
