Graphics card suggestion...

I received a Acer Aspire x1420g computer from a friend about a month ago. I took it all apart and installed all the components in a full tower case so I have more room. I upgraded to a Thermaltake 430w power supply and now I am looking to upgrade the graphics card. I am not looking for anything serious because the board is still limited. The below link is the board that I am working with:

I am looking for a graphics card to replace the on-board graphics that I am using right now. I usually tend to play strategy games and games that aren't too graphically intensive or demanding but I am interested in giving the new Star Wars MMO a try here when it launches. I am not looking to spend more than about $125.00 seeing as it's Christmas time and funds are tight but I need to upgrade this card because it is killing me. Any suggestions and advice are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm getting slightly mixed results for what processor is in that computer, but it shouldn't matter too much with your graphics budget any way. You should be able to easily find a Radeon 6770 for that price, they still offer good gaming performance, just won't be maxing games at 1080p. Could possibly find a 6850 with that price, especially if you included rebate pricing.

Motherboard does list low profile only for the PCI Express slots, but that should be a limitation of the old case and not the motherboard itself.

GTX 460 1GB or 6850/6870 depending on the deal you can find. Check the hot deals forum or even look in the for sale/trade forum for something used (better deals there typically).

you need to list the exact specs that your pc actually has. you also need to list the exact model Thermaltake 430w power supply because some of them are junk. you also need to list what resolution you want to play at.
