Graphics Card Question

I'm thinking about buying a Radeon HD 3650 soon, but I was wondering if someone knows what the difference is between these two Sapphire cards.

The two seem to have the same specs on paper, so why would one cost significantly more than the other?


Any help would be appreciated.

If you noticed, the cheaper one uses GDDR2 memory, GDDR3 is used on the more expensive one.
