Graphics Card Problem

Overcooked

Junior Member

Ok the problem.

I am playing Farcry. I seemed to have worked out the crashing problem for now. I went back to the original drivers that came with the disc. I ran driver cleaner, and made sure it was a clean install.

When i play Farcry. The ground is all black. The grass is still there, but the gound it is attached to is black. Also the roofs of buildings, and other places that are hit by the sun are extreamly bright. Also the brightness of everything overall doesnt look right.

So far the only other game i have played was BFV. Which i have had problems with crashing, but it seems to be solid now. The graphics are fine, and there are no problems as far as i can see.

Please help me out here. I know i should be able to pay Farcry with full graphics, and AA at least at 4X.

Help is greatly appreciated.

Make sure you have Far Cry Patch 1.3 as it seems to resolve some issues associated with Nvidia cards; and get 66.81 Nvidia drivers or whatever the latest ones are.
