Graphics card insufficient power

When my pc starts up I get a message saying the Nvidia Geforce fx 5900 card isnt getting enough power. (it used to work)

I'm trying to figure out the manufacturer of my card and find a manual but not having much luck doing either. Anyway to find the manufacturer besides ripping out the card and looking it over with a microscope to find a name?

I'm looking to find out about the 2nd power plug - where it is on the card.
