i have a problem with his hd 6750 the gpu clock stuck on 700 mhz even on idle and 0 activity on the gpu any one can help
i tried uninstall the driver and install the latest and no luck till the same both on windows 7 and on xp .

I remember some Powercolor model that had fixed clocks like this...

try using to some software like RBE (radeon bios editor) to see if the bios have other clock/power modes...
 
Contact the maker and ask if there is a BIOS update. Tell them the full model number and what Bios you are running.
