graphics card for WoW

My friend has a Dell 2.X GHZ pentium 4 with 512 of ram. It only has agp 8x/4x. He plays WoW a lot and wants something to run it with more FPS. Right now the computer has integrated graphics so anything is better than that of course. What AGP video card can he buy that'll run WoW better? The top price is $150 max, preferably 125ish. What card can get get for the best performace <$150? been looking into 6600 reg/GT maybe 9800? thanks?

I was really surprised a 6600GT runs WoW @ 1600X1200 without issue.

I can only seem to get 20fps on average with a 9600XT, a gig of corsair ram and a Sempron 2400+ cpu. Is that right?

2 things:

Get 1 more 512mb stick of ram
Get 6600GT AGP. Look on Newegg, you should find something for $120 after MIR.

Why is 1 gig important for WOW? Watch the video top right:
512mb vs 1 gig

Note: Unfortunately this game is very sensitive to cpu speed.
