Graphics card budget

So, I'm on a budget. I just sold my 9800gt 1gb nvidia card. I am looking to buy a cheap graphics card not over $100 so 0-100 dollars. I was having problems with my old one which was the 9800gt which I sold. I am looking to buy ati cause they seem to be better then nvidia. I am also having problems with 3D vision is it cause I'm using a tube monitor or old monitor??? If someone cold point out what a good cheap card is for playing wow or maybe call of duty waw please send me a link thanks.
 
I hope you arent selling your 9800GT because of not being able to do 3D on a non-120hz monitor.

Anything you buy for ~$100 is going to have the same performance.
 
if your PSU wattage is not enough for the HD 4870, the HD 5750 is a bit more efficient.. can be found used around $100 or new for $110 AR if on sale..
