Its new R350, however, will feature low power consumption, with which ATI hopes to target both the desktop and notebook markets at the same time.
maybe fanless if we are luckyOriginally posted by: Adul

Holy crap, an R350 powered laptop? Match that up with a P4 3.13Ghz proc and some PC2700 in there, and youll have a laptop that can really kill at a LAN party!!

What i'm wondering is will the r350 include some core enhancements? I'm thinking yes because we are hearing that its just about "Taped Out".
If it was just a speed increase ATI would only have to hand pick the better cores and slap a larger heatsink and throw in some faster ram.

Adul hmm i wonder how long the batteries would last on that kind of laptop? I wish someone would make a battery for a laptop that could make any laptop last 12 to 24 hours with one battery. I still would love that kind of laptop even if it didn't have a long battery life i just hate that batteries can't last longer than they do now.

robg1701, I think you should remove all those smile icons, people get their nickers in a bunch about bandwidth around here and doing stuff like that is the best way to make pages load extremely slow.
Can anyone say .13 micron Radeon? Heck, that alone would suffice in making it run cooler and suck less power. Anyone know the best way to cool current 9700Pro cards for overclocking, is the default fan setup with ASIII added good enough for a decent OC on this thing?
