Graphics all glitchy in Q3A, Sacrifice, etc. with GF2MX

I've been trying out both the Q3A and Sacrifice demoes on my PC. I have the system spec'd below. I have DirectX8 installed, the latest drivers for my GF2MX, etc. After ensuring all of this was done, the graphics in these and other games are still glitchy. Here's a few screenshots from Sacrifice:

I've got a BlueOrb with thermal grease cooling it, 19 degrees C case temp. I've even tried underclocking it, but the problems still persist. What can I do? Thanks to all

What drivers are you using? Don't use the 7.xx ones because they are very buggy, instead try the 6.47 ones.

yeah, go back to Det3 or if necessary, Det2

but DON'T use the 7xx drivesr. they're all jacked up.

BFG, why is it the voodoo users are helping this guy, and not the nvidio^H^H^H supporters? <G>

Do you have agp 4x enabled?
I had glitching with my new kt7 when i enabled agp4x but when i disabled it, it went away.
Also try turning off fast writes.

It's fixed! I tried everything that I could, all to no avail. It wasn't until I tried the second to last fix that it worked. It turned out to be the 4x AGP. After turning that off, Sacrifice runs beautifully at 1240x1024@32, not a stutter, not a glitch! Thanks lsd. Now time to O/C. :)

What performance impact does turning off 4x AGP have?

Just did. :) At the maximum settings with 1280x1024x32 I got a jump of 24.1 FPS in Q3A to 35.3 FPS. An increase of 46%!
Now it's actually playable at that rez, awesome!

Hi!

I have a MSI geforce 2 MX overclocked to 215/205 (comes with a heat sink but I added a fan), a celeron 566@850 (on abit bh6), 128meg ram. Everything runs fine with the 6.47 detonator drivers, but in Sacrifice I'm not getting good performance at even 800x600x32 with maxed out details (insane), high texture resolution, 32-bit color etc. If you're using the nvmax tweak program or anything like it, let me know! My friend's geforce 256 sdr is running better than my MX and I need help to change that =).

Hmm, I'm not sure. The only thing that I've done is use the coolbits to O/C, 6.47 drivers, latest MOBO drovers, latest OS drivers, DirectX8.
What kind of problems, just slowdown? If that's true, than it seems quite odd to me. I've got it set at 1280x1024x32bpp, at insane detail with everything enabled, including highest sound, etc.

There should be someone here that can help.
