Have you ever use Graphic expression such as 🙂 as numbers of ftp's ip?
That will makes people guess/find it out the number behind that face, and that is the ip.
Have fun.

Do you mean giving the ascii character for the ip address? That could work. However, the method that you send your friend the 'encoded' ip would have to support the extended ascii format. Or all your IP values have to be under 128.

No,it might >128.
Giave a series of Faces(such as 10 faces) to people, he should be able to resolve those faces as numbers(10 digit) to be ip's address.
