Given the first pic, they apparently don't cap them, file them down, nothing.

I was there last year.

When you run it, you gotta be as vigilant with the panic stricken bezerko noob crowds as with the bulls.

These bulls are FAAAST, HUGE and with SHARP horns.

It's serious stuff!

Your life could be in serious peril in the wrong situation. You see people getting bull rushed against obstacles all the time inflicting serious damage.

Btw, when you get into the stadium, the bulls let into that area are juveniles. They're still big enough to toss you high up in the air and do serious damage. It's a free for all of bodies being thrown about b/c the staidum is chock full of people. Total mayhem!

If you pull on the tail on the juvenile bull or try to ride on top, the crowd will instantaneously PUNCH YOU in the face/body from ALL sides. They RESPECT the bull and don't take crap from foreigners abusing the event. One huge Brit got a really bloody nose and huge welts on his face from the crowd after he tried to hop on the bull. LOL.

The partying in Pamplona is legendary. It's such a well-run/organized festival (MUCH, MUCH better than Mardi Gras)....truly admirable. It's a really fun time to be had. The running of the bulls is really a very small part of this festival. There's tons of events to do. You won't get bored. :D

I'll gladly go skydiving, rock-climbinng, ice-climbing, or any other dangerous sport you could mention.

However, I have no desire to risk having my balls impaled on a huge sharp piece of bone attached to the head of an HUGE enraged animal. Not to mention the knowledge that I put my boys in that position :(

I am always rooting for the bulls. They deserve the joy of killing and maiming as many idiots as possible before they are killed to satisfy the blood thirst of the morons who think Bull Fighting is something enjoyable.

Bullfights are cool, I wish they'd bring them to Houston.
