Graphic editor in visual studio 6.0?

People told me there is a graphic editor in visual studio 6.0 that allows to do icon in hi res but I cannot find it! Help !!!! Thanks for any info.
 
I forgot off the top of my head, but you have to add a "resource", and then from there, it will take you to the resources. Just add Icon to project, and you got it from there.
