Graphic Editing/Electronic Photo Album - Extract EXIF Data and make watermark

I need some graphic editing/electronic photo album software that will extract certain exif data and make it a watermark in a pre-determined spot on the photo. Something that will do this in a batch as I have hundreds of pics to do this too and save to a new file, with say date/time/gps stamp on it in the upper right corner.

Quick Google search came up with this. I have no experience with it though.

Upon further investigation it looks like irfanview can do this as well. I would recommend it as it is a great piece of software.
