quotes from the accuser's testimony"
"She said there was "mutual flirting" during the tour, Winter said."
" They chatted about tattoos and he asked her to show the tattoo she said she had on her ankle. She lifted her skirt and showed him."
"She said he asked her for a hug and she gave him one and then he began kissing her mouth, her neck -- actions she said she agreed to. She said the kissing lasted about 5 minutes. She said he then began to grope her breasts and butt. He began putting his hand under her panties"
"She said that while the intercourse was occurring he asked, "You're not going to tell anyone, right?" She said no. He asked her to look at him and again confirm that she would not tell anyone."
"She said Bryant asked her to go clean up in the bathroom. She said she was in the bathroom for about 5 minutes, fixing her hair"

now i'm no fan of kobe's, and i certainly don't think he acted in a gentlemanly manner, but you gotta wonder if the accuser is going to prevail.
i'm thinking he thought she was giving off certain signals, and wanted to have sex,
i'm thinking she was looking for a little thrill, and got more than she thought she was asking for..
just plain sad all around...the only "winners" in this are going to be the lawyers, who will use this to promote their own fame/recognition/careers,
both the accuser and the accused are damaged in many ways, no matter what the "truth"
and finally, wtf was Kobe thinking, he's married with a kid....worth a zillion dollars, and walking around with a bullseye painted on his back..
total lack of any common sense (much less decency)
