Graphic card overclocking causes lower score in Heaven benchmark

Hey,

I just ran my HD 7950 through the Unigine Heaven benchmark running at 925/1250MHz. The score was 804. After that, I gave it an extra +10% power limit in Afterburner and ran the benchmark again, this time at 1000/1280MHz. For some reason, my score didn't increase, but rather dropped to 745.
Afterburner shows the card running at stable 1000MHz and not throttling at all, GPU temperature reaching about 62 degrees.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what the cause of the performance drop could be?
Thanks.

higher memory clock maybe, I heard gddr5 detects faults and does a retry, if it's not stable a higher clock can decrease performance.
