II. Any particular preferences (Manufacturer[nV or AMD], Brand[XFX, Sapphire, EVGA, etc], Cooling Solutions)?
not really, I am not sure wich is the best between nvidia and ati for HTPC?
III. Do you plan to have any Multi-GPU solutions such as Crossfire or SLI?
Don't know and not sure what this is.

Not sure if i could benefit to use this feature to reenforce my IGP or if I have better to go with a AGP?

V. What are your needs for this GPU? Which games(If any)do you intend to play? If you have this information at hand, what are the desired detail levels?
No gaming, it is only for movies (mainly from Bluray or DVD). Intention is to run madvr without power limitations.
I am using mpc-hc+lavvideo+reclock+madvr.
No need for sound support, 3d suport or other. I have a 2d projector and I have a asus xonar sound card for hd sound.
VI. Do you plan on overclocking the card you intend to purchase?
