Graphic Artists?

Just seeing if anyone wants to draw something for me since my artistic skills suck. It's just a simple logo for our neighborhood group/ my home brew "brewery". No, this is not a commercial venture.
I have a sketch of the logo I'd like - Lake Crestmoor Brewing
It's a block wall(like a basement) with water pouring through it and pooling on the floor. The "Brewing" on the bottom I'd like to see in a "watery" type font but everything is open to what you think will look good as well.
I don't know if there are rules against giving something away to whoever does this(or gets chosen) but I'd like to send a shirt with our logo on it once we get them made.

Yes and no. The "steam" is water flowing out of the wall into a puddle below.

Backstory:
Our neighborhood got flooded last year during the floods in Iowa and we are in the middle of a town with no major river or lake but the city storm sewer couldn't handle all the rain. Those of us with sump pumps heard them running almost constantly due to there being water everywhere. Our street/intersection was flooded and our yards were ponds. My basement got flooded when the sump couldn't keep up with the water coming up from under the basement/drain tile and my neighbor had his sump going into the sewer drain in his basement(bought the house that way) so he got flooded as well.
This is how we got to know our neighbors as we all were trying to dry things out and work to prevent more flooding. So after that we all started hanging out and dubbed ourselves "Lake Crestmoor" since we live on Crestmoor and our area was basically a lake for a day or two.
