Graphedit help - how do I put the changes made in Graphedit into effect on the whole system?

Right now my system is using the Ligos MPEG2 decoder and splitter. It lacks deinterlace though. I want to use Ulead's decoder, which is on the system. I tested it out in Graphedit, and it looks great. Now I want Windows to use these decoders instead, but it still wants to use the Ligos thing. How do I translate these changes into the registry so that Windows will use them?
