grape chunks lodged in my nose

I was just eating some more of those grapes, and suddenly after chewing/swallowing one, my nose feels funny....i blow my nose, and a grape chunk comes out.....i blow again, and yet another

wtf?

so far about 5 chunks, and the stem just came out

why did i "swallow up"?

Be sure to get it all out. One time I got a piece of rice up in there and couldn't get it out for a few days. I had yellow puss dripping out of my nose and eyes before it was all over with.

it's probably the grapes that took you 1:48:05.733 minutes to eat, remember? the chunks you were taking were so tiny they were easily inhaled up into your nasal cavity.
