Granting temporary admin rights to limited accounts?

I have a screen saver that I want to use in my limited account and in order to have it functiion properly, I need to be able to enter the serial number while in the limited account. Can I grant temporary rights to do this or is there a different way around this. Right now the screen saver is only fully functional in the admin account.

It seems to me that you should be able to give the "limited" account administartive priviledges (from the admin account), do your thing with the screen saver, and then remove the adminsitrative priviledges again (or am I missing something?)

Thank you. I didn't realize this.

I ended up finding a newer version of the screen saver software that didn't make me run through these hoops to make it work in a limited account.

The Run As command is there just for situation like yours.
