Granite Bay memory speed

If I get a Gigabyte Granite Bay board, what speed memory should I get if I plan to overclock? I will be using a 2.8 GHz chip with C1 stepping that I should be able to get up to 170 fsb. This seems possible after reading some of the reviews. At 170, the memory speed should be just over 350, which, in theory, should require PC3000.
Will the PC2100 or the PC2700 be fast enough for 170, or should I use faster memory?
