no, the judge gives the rapists probation or a light sentence and they walk. The judge same judge then gives harmless pot dealers extra long sentences.

Here in Oregon we have to let inmates out all the time because we don't have the budget and the room. My only point was that we could use the money for more important things... like rapists and murderers.
 
That's exactly why most of my drugs end up in Oregon. Oakridge OR is my hometown. I love that state. Fresh air, trees, and police that could never wage a war with me. They don't have enough manpower, firepower or money.

Judge Paul Cassell. first time offender/pot dealer gets 55 years, when earlier in the day a man who beat an elderly woman to death with a log recieved 22 years.
