Q

Lifer
He has Alzheimer's (very early stage, doesn't have any trouble remembering anything, which is good). He's my favorite of the grandparents, very funny, kind, one of the nicest people I know. He's my Mom's father; my Mom's mother died of breast cancer when she was 12, so he's all she has left.

We are his only 'actual' grandkids and everytime he talks to my mom he says he wishes so badly he could be around us more, etc. 🙁

Went to the doc a few days ago due to some stomach pain and the doctor hinted to my grandma (retired nurse) that it may be pancreatic -- he's due for a CAT scan on Monday. So it's certainly not 100% by any means but still very scary.

If you pray or keep him in your wishes I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks for listening

Quintox, i will say a prayer for him. i know how important family is... like another poster said, don't despair, he's a kind, loving person, and I'm sure he'll pull through.
