You get GTA V + a $25 Dell E Promo Gift Card. Don't think that's a bad deal if you want to keep it or sell it. I also choose overnight shipping for free, but we'll see if I get it.

FYI I did get the free next day shipping. Dell has updated with Fed Ex tracking info for standard overnight.

Pretty sure the laws in the USA now require gift cards given as promotions to be good for 1 year.
