Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas to the PC and XBOX on June 7th.

Awesome...only six months away. There better be some huge additions for the PC version by then damn it and I don't want to see a freaking $49.99 price tag either.

I'm too tired of this "console first, PC much later" crap.
Consoles get way more traffic than PC games do. You had better get used to it for non-FPS games, because it's only going to get worse.

Well, I don't have a problem with console-to-PC ports, as long as it doesn't run like crap. I loved GTA3 and GTA:VC even though they were a port over from the consoles.

On the other hand, Halo for PC was terrible IMHO.

it will be popular just because its gta... if it were any other game with the same graphcis next summer??? then hell.... it will look like utter and total crap compared to the games we will have about a year after we got doom3

just think what the gta series could be if they made it *for* xbox or PC - it would be crazy sweet utilizing the full power of those

Just be glad it is actually coming out for the PC.

There are a number of games that will never come to the PC. For example: The Midtown Madness series; the last one was not released to the PC. With the exception of the mmorpg version of the Final Fantasy series, none have made it to the PC. Gran Turismo never made it to the PC.

The only reason there are still games for the PC is people like us who prefer PC games to console games and invest in the computer hardware to play these games. The average consumer has a desktop PC with Intel snail speed graphics and a console for games.

Thanks-can't wait to play it on my fx5200 (runs doom3 hl2 fine).MM was not for PC after MM2-Angel studios bought by Rockstar/take 2 and renamed RS:San Diego and they usually do XBOX or PS2 games now-Top spin is on PC via atari for example. VI/BII for pc did came out-a old article (in Australia obviously), Australian Cinsumers association Computerchoice reviewed that.
