Damn glad someone has their standards low,the worlds fastest super computer and this damn game wouldn't do+ 60fps but it will do 30fps lol.
Just got my gtx770 yesterday, almost afraid to see what happens if i load up 1200p.....low gpu usage and frustration?
And nerd rage
I just gave the game a quick run,gtx770 at stock refuses to boost to 1150 like it does in my other games and why?I turn all the detail at 1200p to medium, load the distances and density to 100% and turn night shadows off, still dips as low as 32fps,gpu registers a typical load that won't pass 70%.
In frustration lol i turn it all the way down to 1280x800 and well i am getting 23-27% gpu usage, same exact framerates lol.
The canned benchmark is a useless tool, its as useful as a spork during a prison escape ok,fully maxed it claims a 65fps average everything enabled but the best part is the 45-66% or so gpu usage lol.
This game is very hard on CPUs, you can benefit greatly from overclocking.IMO it is very unoptimized as well.
lol Toyota himself told me to kill nightshadows, this option just rapes cpus and he is right, after you kill it you gain some frames but wow its much worst then i ever thought it could be.
When Broadwell arrives, hopefully it is impressive enough to jump platforms then i could overclock it and perhaps get somewhere in the 50+ fps range sometime this decade lol.
Toyota is a prime example of a man who has exhausted all hopes of maxing this game at 60fps,that man has a overclocked 2500k at 4.4Ghz and its still a mess ha,hope he reads this thread cause its becoming fun.:awe:
I just want a constant 30 fps. With no drops below.
Haha yes  I played this game and the Liberty city on my 920 @ default and oced. The oc made a nice improvement.
