Grand AM O2 Sensor

Anyone know where all the O2 sensors are for a 96V6 grand am and whats needed to replace one?

Just in general you should have two pre cat O2 sensors, one on each side of the motor in the downpipe after the exaust manifold. And one post cat sensor, obviously after the cat-con.
A O2 sensor socket is a nice thing to have, but not 100% needed for removal and installation.

If you are looking for more info than that, sorry 🙁

I highly recommend an o2 sensor socket. if you haven't removed the old o2 sensor in a long time it will be really stuck on, and a wrench won't work well to get the old sensor off. Also, with the o2 sensor socket you can use a torque wrench and torque to spec.
