that's freakin hot. another great reason to own a PS2 :D
can't wait to simulate driving a GT40 in NYC.

most of the video is pretty dark. looks like it was a poor vid cap.

we all know NFS4 is a mod, so of course it won't be moved to a forum that gets less traffic and attention ;)

Neato. I just hope there are even more cars in the game then there was in the 3rd installment.

Sweet. I have GT3 sitting in my living room for a month but have not had a chance to really play it yet.

GT4 will probably be good but that video is bad and shows little of merit.

I hope they make it possible to independently change music vs. sound effects volume ni GT4. Not doing this was one of the greatest - actually the greatest - oversight in GT3.

aside from graphics, GT4 is going to be nothing but the same. In my opinion, aside from graphics, the GT series has gone downhill since the first one on psx. yea the graphics look better, and the rally mode also added a cool touch to GT3, but the game is so repetitive. You start out with a POS car and have to do these tedious races for $500 a race, when you need atleast $15,000 to get a decent car to hook up. Then once you get that, you have a few fun races and get your car tricked out to the max, where you can now beat the opponents by half a lap in a 3 lap race, then you have the 10 or so Endurance races that take about 2 hours a piece to finish, where you can literally win by a few laps ... to me the game just gets boring TOO quickly and is so repetitive. i finished part 1 %100, but part 2 i didnt even get to 75, and part 3 i stopped at 50% cause it got so boring .. it is pretty to look at though :)

If you want a fun racing game, get need for speed underground. I finished it on Xbox last night, and I haven't had so much fun with a racing game in years!

um... this being an intro, ie pre-rendered. It's not real in-game footage. I doubt the cars will look this good when you're actually playing the game.

Someone prove me wrong by saying they've already played this and this is what the cars really look like. ;)

You bitch about REPETITIVE in GT3 and then you recommend NFS Underground? Give me a break.

I'll try and take some in-game shots and post the pics. From what I've seen/read the screens are really that good.

Well I mean its repetitive partially by the fact that more than half of the tracks in GT3 were in GT2 or GT1, so that right there is not much new. Also the LONG EXTENDED lap races get very very boring. Yes granted NFSU may seem repetitive with the courses all being different detours through a city, I think that was a pretty cool idea since thats what alot of this underground racing thing is doing ... its in a huge city. But all in all IMO NFSU has alot greater a sense of speed and is just all out more fun.

I don't know what I'd do these days with out EA ... i think I wouldn't play any games anymore.

He is right thought that GT3 does get boring. I played up to about 49 or 50% and then realized I was thoroughly unthrilled. The endurance races are ridiculous. I remember the endurance race around the circle track. 100 laps or something around a round track is VERY unfun. VERY VERY VERY. Those endurance races were just a way to add length to the game.
