Gran Turismo 3 Memory Card problems?

Hey, my roommate just let me borrow his PS2 (i'm letting him borrow my Xbox) and he just informed me that I can't play Gran Turismo 3 because it only allows one save slot? (he's still kinda using his GT3 memory slot)

is this true/any way around it? (without buying a new memory card)

(grr ps2s need a hard drive)

It's true. Gran Turismo 3 only allows one game save per ememory card. I haven't heard of a way around it, but I haven't touched the game for a while so I'm not sure if someone has devised a workaround that doesn't involve 2 memory cards.

*shrug* damn then i'll have to search around online i guess... anybody in AT forums know of a 1-memory card solution ?
