Grammar nazis, please help me check this report for comma splices and fragments

Your first mistake is naming it "cencored.pdf." Also, should be 1" margins all around, and put your name and title of paper and date in header, not in body. Right-align the header.

Yes, but you spelled "censored" wrong. I was just pointing that out.

It seems like you get into ruts saying the same words. In the first and fourth paragraphs it is "I" and then it is "one." It also sounds as if you went the Thesaurus about halfway through and just started pulling words out.

The sentence "I outsourced an entire year..." makes no sense. Are you saying that you sought resources outside of an organizational structure?

Unfortunately, I suck at grammar, so I cannot point you out in that direction.
