Just out of interest, do you use text slang when texting?

Personally, I can't stand it and type out the words in full using correct grammar and syntax.

yeah, I type it all out. I also hate texting.


I get it for texting, but it's still stupid.
In one of my GF and I's semi-annual "torture tests"--accepting invites to our friends' place for food and being subjected to 4 hours of Bollywood schlock (great people, though!)--I've discovered that this wretched spelling has apparently progressed beyond texting:

the FUCKING SUBTITLES in the FUCKING HORRIBLE BOLLYWOOD movies spell out U and R all the FUCKING TIME as if this is FUCKING ENGLISH!!!
