grammar at work

vital

There's a new hire at work and she learned English as a second language. She makes grammatical errors in half of her sentences. Would the right thing to do is to correct her at times or just ignore it as long as you can assume what she wants to say? This is a professional corporate environment and the grammar mistakes can also be seen in her emails.

she has to get better at it somehow...i learned it in 2 years and have improved my grammar over the years

Correct her and call her by a racial slur, preferably one that has never been applied to people of her ethnicity before. Tell her that every time she makes a mistake, God masturbates with a kitten. Then ask her if she wants to fuck in the copy room.
