i couldnt fall asleep last night, and my thoughts wandered... should i go to graduate school? i never thought to, but now i think maybe i should. what do you all think about graduate school? do you plan on going? or have you gone?

I'm going. Staying out of the real world as long as possible these days... the economy sucks to find a job, and then you are more likely to be hired and have more oppurtunities once you do graduate. If you can get in, I say go for it!

It would help to know what program you're in. If you're taking philosophy, a BA is useless. But if you're in CS or EE, you might want to make some money before going to graduate school.

Well, considering your major is worthless with out a PHD, I would say yes.

If that's the case, I say go for it 🙂

Depending on what you want to do with the major then yeah. I know I have to in order to get the job I want, but thats me. Most times you should, especially for teaching, but it depends on your career goals.
