Was just trying to find a list of schools that had the above mentioned graduate program. What is the best grad school search program? I used to know of one, but I forgot the link.

Recommendation: read some refereed journal articles in subject areas that you are interested in WITHIN the very broad field of educational psych. Look at the authors... and (possibly more importantly), who they cite. There will be a few names that show up again and again (this is the case for most specialties). Contact this person/these people via email..... see if they are still taking on graduate students with/without support.

Grad school (for a research-related degree) is far more related to your advisor than the name of the institution, as a general rule. You want someone who does top-notch research and publishes it--they can provide you with the name recognition and the contacts you need.

There is a APA directory of Psychology Graduate Programs. Its lists everything you need.
