Grade 13?

So I'm looking at this job app and it lists "highest grade attended". Grade 13 = first year at undergraduate studies or 5th year in high school or ???

Some school systems (in Europe, etc.) have a grade 13 that is part of high school. This may or may not be the case here.

I was the last year they actually had OAC (grade 13) The year after grade 12 was the highest.
I am in Ontario too.

i believe they go up to grade 13 in HS in Germany, too.

that was OAC. i believe there was an actual grade 13 back in the day.
