My grad classes are actually WAY easier than my undergrad were. Secondary Education grad, History/Poli-Sci undergrad. Still a lot of work, just not difficult work.
MBA classes were pretty simple. They just had a ton of busy work.
If you're doing math or science degrees, you're going to be doing a lot of "advanced" coursework...which means you'd better understand each of the simple concepts that combine to make 400-500 level courses what they are.
Not a grad student, but at my school, it may appear harder cause you need a 70% to pass. I just need 50% and a 60% average in undergrad: big load off my shoulders.
