Grabbing the Title Bar with Mouse

Odd topic, I know... But more times then not, when I try to move a window, I can grab it for a second but it seems to let go all by itself, or when I click to drag, I can't pick up the window... it's really odd! I've tried unloading different programs, still can't figure it out. I've been to logitech's website (i have a logitech trackman 2 btn + scroll) and there are no new drivers... WTF!? lol.

 
When a window is maximized grabbing and moving does not work. As far as as grabbing and letting go before your destination is reached that would either be operator error or bad mouse.
